Fast replies will allow you to respond to your customers instantly with pre-saved responses to the most common customer queries. It's a great way to reduce response times and boost agent productivity. Here's how to use Fast replies to respond to a conversation:
1) Click on the [Reply] or [Reply All] button depending on the action you’d like to take.
2) Click on the [Fast Reply] button found at the bottom. You can also use the Keyboard shortcut [Ctrl + /].
3) Click on the fast reply template of your choice. You can also search for a template by its name in the search bar.
4) Click on the [Send] button.
5) You have successfully responded to a customer ticket using fast replies.
