There are times where you may need to duplicate an existing Shopify order. Here's how to do it on DelightChat:
1) Search for the order # or email address in the search bar found in the extreme right panel.
2) Click on the [Duplicate] button.
3) You will be redirected to the Shopify page where you can duplicate the order.
