When you receive a new comment on your Facebook ads, here’s how you can respond to it directly from DelightChat:
New comments on your Facebook ads will appear in DelightChat like this:
Click on the [Reply] button and type your desired response.
Here’s how it will appear on DelightChat and Facebook respectively:
You can also like and delete a comment or send a direct message to the person who left the comment on your ad by clicking on the three dots that appear in the top right corner of the new comment (as shown below in the screenshot).
