You can initiate Facebook DMs to people who comment on your posts or ads right from DelightChat.
If you’re already on a comment thread where you need to DM someone, skip to step 3.
Here’s how:
1. From the left panel, select the Facebook support channel that you’ve integrated with DelightChat (integrate Facebook with Delightchat)
2. Now, choose the conversation thread where you want to DM a person and hover over the comment from the conversation on the right (see screenshot below)
3. You’ll see a menu where you can [Like] the comment, [Message"] the user, or [Delete] the comment from the thread.
4. Click [Message] and enter your message in the pop-up box to send a DM to the person
5. Hit [Send] and you’ll see a Success message at the top of your screen
