Sometimes you need to assign the right person to resolve a customer's query. For example, a ticket related to shipping issues or delivery time can be directed to the Ops team.
Here's how you can do it on DelightChat:

1) Select the ticket you want to assign to a team member.
2) Click on [Unassigned] button on top right, and select the team member you wish to assign that ticket (as shown in the screenshot).
