The Messenger API for Instagram is currently available to all DelightChat users. The only requirement is that you have an Instagram Business account.

Facebook's global rollout timeline for Instagram APIs:
- Phase 1: Starting June 3rd, any Instagram business account with 10,000 and 100,000 followers can connect their Instagram DMs channel. This is the phase we're in right now
- Phase 2: Any Instagram business account with between 1,000 and 100,000 followers can connect their Instagram DMs channel
- Phase 3: By the end of Q3 2021, all business Instagram accounts will be able to connect their Instagram DMs channel.
This is an estimated schedule shared by Facebook and may change depending on the adoption and usage of the APIs.
