Note: Instagram APIs now work for all accounts, regardless of follower count. The only requirement is that you must have an Instagram Business account in order to manage DMs and Comments using DelightChat.
Before connecting Instagram DMs to DelightChat, you need to ensure that you have allowed access to messages on the Instagram mobile app.
Here’s how you can do it:
1) Open the Instagram app and go to Settings. And then click on the [Privacy] button.

2)Next, click on the [Messages] button.

3) Finally, toggle the [Allow access to messages] button to approve access.
