1. Facebook Business Manager, and
2. DelightChat’s dashboard

Creating WhatsApp Catalog in DelightChat

Please follow these steps:

1- Open DelightChat and navigate to the Automation tab.

2 - Select WhatsApp Catalog.

3 - Enter the required business details and click Proceed to Next Step.

4 - In the new page, you will need to configure your Facebook Business Manager and provide your Catalog ID.

Creating WhatsApp Catalog in Facebook Business Manager

1- Go to Facebook Business Manager.

2- Click on All Tools and select Commerce Manager.

3- Navigate to the Catalogues section at the bottom and click the + icon.

4- Click Add and select Create a New Catalog.

5- In the next step, paste 1900820339959633 in Business ID field and toggle the Full Control button.

6- You can skip the Connect Data Feed for now and set it up in the upcoming step.

7- Now, copy the catalogue ID and paste it in DelightChat Dashboard and hit Continue.

8- Now, click on Data sources on the left panel. And choose Data Feed. Copy the URL generated in DelightChat dashboard and paste it there.

9- Now, set the Catalog Name for your reference and choose the currency according to your country and hit Upload.

Setting up WhatsApp Catalog in Facebook Business Manager is complete!

Final Step: Complete WhatsApp Catalog Integration

1. Return to DelightChat and click Finish Setup.
2. Wait a few minutes for the integration to complete.
