To set up an expiry date for automated Abandoned Cart Recovery or Abandoned Checkout Recovery coupon code using DelightChat, you need to:
1. Choose the discount type
DelightChat lets you choose from 3 discount options you wish to offer:
- Fixed coupon code (created by you)
- % discount code (dynamic coupon code is created by DelightChat)
- flat discount (dynamic coupon code is created by DelightChat)
You can only set an expiry date for coupon code generated by DelightChat i.e. if you only select % discount code or flat discount code.
2. Select ‘Create Unique Coupon Code For Every Message’
To set an expiry date, it is mandatory to select this.
3. Select ‘Set expiry date for unique coupon code’
Once you select this option, you can set the expiry date - the minimum period is 1 day.
4. Select ‘Enable’ and click on ‘Save’
