Sometimes, you might send across a WhatsApp message containing typos. Or you might mistakenly send the incorrect message to the customer.
In such scenarios, the usual course of action is to delete the WhatsApp message.
While that works fine if you're using the regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business mobile apps, the situation changes if you're using a WhatsApp API number.
Unfortunately, WhatsApp's API does not support deleting a sent message (yet).
As a result, a message sent using the official API cannot be withdrawn or deleted once it has been sent.
