It's possible that some of your customers may not want to receive WhatsApp Broadcasts or Automations from you.
If and when a customer messages you asking to stop sending them messages in the future, you can easily opt-out their phone number.
Once a phone number has been added to the opt-out list, that phone number will no longer receive marketing messages. Even if by mistake you tried sending a broadcast to that number, DelightChat will smartly exclude it from the list and not message them.
There are 3 ways to opt-out customer phone numbers.
Method 1 - From the support inbox
When a customer replies back to your message, you receive it in the conversation window of the support inbox.
Easily opt-out the customer by clicking the opt-out icon in the top panel.
Method 2 - Add the phone number in the Opt-out page
Go to Marketing > Optouts page and click on the [Add Opt-Out] button on the top right corner.
Method 3 - Upload a CSV of opted-out phone numbers
If you have a list of already opted-out phone numbers that you want to add to DelightChat, select the [Bulk upload] option on the top right corner of the screen.
Do check the sample CSV for the correct format.
